Background
A native Jersey boy, I originally thought I'd go to school to be a doctor. As I graduated from the Medical Science program at Freehold High School, my attention shifted towards film and game. I took two and a half years of computer science classes, studying C++ and logic. The program just wasn't visual and interactive enough to retain my interest. I grew tired of inputting data set A and hoping for output X on my white and black Unix terminal. I then switched to the art program at University of Maryland. I graduated in 2006 with a B.A. in Studio Art. After completing my Fine Arts degree, I shifted gears towards digital media after a 12 week course in 3d Studio Max in New York City with 3D Mirage.
With my interest in 3D piqued by the short course, I enrolled in a more long-term education at Full Sail University. Here I spent two years learning everything from modeling to animating to special effects and compositing. However, nothing drew more on my history and skills of anatomy, computer science, and art than rigging. Once I found my niche, I knew I had a future doing something I was going to enjoy getting up in the morning to do.
